For help with Dough Board, email hello@longroadmediagroup.com. Please include the app version, your iPhone model, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send a proprietary recipe unless you specifically want it reviewed.
Recipes and backups
Dough Board stores recipes locally on the iPhone. Use Settings > Backup & transfer to export a complete library backup before deleting the app or moving to another device. Recipe and library files can also be imported from Files, Mail, AirDrop, or another supported source.
Sharing and production PDFs
From a production plan, use Share production PDF to create a formatted production sheet. The iOS share sheet controls where the file is saved or sent.
Common troubleshooting
- If a recipe cannot be used for production, confirm it contains at least one flour ingredient with a weight and at least one product with a finished weight.
- If an import fails, confirm the file is a Dough Board .doughrecipe or .doughlibrary export.
- If the app behaves unexpectedly, close and reopen it before contacting support.
Privacy
Dough Board does not require an account and does not collect recipes, analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data for Long Road Media Group. Read the full Dough Board Privacy Policy.
